Alabaster

Alabaster is modeled after the love offering of the woman who anointed Jesus' feet with expensive perfume poured from an alabaster jar (Matthew 26:6-13). This special offering is made up of lose pocket change that is set aside in an Alabaster box.

Twice a year, usually in February and September, KCN will collect these boxes during a special offering. The funds are used to purchase property and buildings around the world. It is often used to purchase the land for most Work and Witness projects.

The entire offering goes towards the construction of churches, schools, medical facilities, and homes for missionaries and national workers.

Our Alabaster giving for March 2004 was $528.00. The next offering will be September 12 2004.

World Evangelism Broadcast ministers by radio to 98 countries in 31 languages and dialects. Because of new technology it now only takes $4 to broadcast one minute of airtime.
