Route 56 - KIDCITY - Kids Korner - Lil' Sprouts

Route 56 - Grades 5-6  

Every child wants to belong.
Route 56 was started at KCN when the 5th and 6th graders at KIDCITY wanted somewhere to belong at Kirkland Church of the Nazarene! At this special time in a child's life when there are so, so many choices to make, KCN is there for our kids!!

ROUTE 56 teaches kids about God's love and the way to God through Jesus. Along the way, they learn responsibility, companionship and have a lot of fun, too!! Route 56 meets at KCN at 9:15am every Sunday.

KIDCITY meets at KCN every Sunday morning at 9:15 in the Fellowship Hall. On "Super Sunday," the last Sunday of the month, KIDCITY joins the adults and teens in “Big Church” for all the singing, special presentations, offering and prayer time. Also on "Super Sunday", Birthdays of the Month are announced. There is just so much fun and events going on all the time at KIDCITY! We serve an awesome God! If you want to sign up your child, please contact the KCN Church office.

KIDCITY at KCN
"Hello, I'm Ron Bennett, KIDCITY Teacher and Director of the Childrens Ministries. We always plan a fun program to help kids understand what the Bible teaches us and we show kids how they can use it in their daily lives! Here I am at the Kids Carnival getting ready to have some fun with the kids. KIDCITY has two sessions on Sundays: 9:15 to 10:30 and 10:30 to Noon during first and second service. Our first hour has LOTS of music and singing and sometimes a DVD lesson based on the Bible."

Sunday School is COOL!
"Sunday School is where children learn the exciting stories of the Bible in a format appropriate for their age group. And we have a lot of FUN with the kids teaching the lessons using an established curriculum that ties in with our other programs for kids. Our KIDCITY Staff is looking forward to meeting you!"

KCN Kid's Korner - 3 yrs. to Kindergarten

Did you know that God is there with us? Be sure to ask your kids about... all the fun activities they did at Kids Korner!!!

                             

Every Sunday morning at 9:00 and 10:30... Kid's Korner is downstairs from the church foyer and is staffed by loving, attentive people making sure your kids are safe while you attend church services. The children enjoy a Bible lesson, playtime, snack time and craft time.

'Lil Sprouts' Nursery - Newborns to 36 months

KCN offers warm, gentle care for your babies during first and second service every Sunday morning in the Lil' Sprouts Nursery. Directed by Danielle Knight, and pre-school director and teacher Christy Lipke, our program is designed for constant, loving and attentive care of your young ones leaving you free to attend Adult Bible Fellowship groups and services in the KCN Sanctuary on Sunday mornings.
